Performing maintenance, inspections and repairs on portable fire extinguishers and related equipment.
We are seeking EXPERIENCED team players who are customer service oriented, friendly, and have a professional appearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will join a professional team, providing service to our existing customers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. You will be expected to complete inspection reports, work orders, and invoices. You will meet with customers, building engineers, and property managers. You will stock your service vehicle with required parts/tools, check inventory, and keep the service vehicle clean and organized. You must be able to work independently. This position is based out of our Fremont Facility.
We we are looking for experienced fire extinguisher technicians.
Minimum Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to Detail
• Must work in a professional manner appropriate to the fire life safety industry.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Proficient Communication Skills in English - Written and Verbal
• Valid Drivers License with a safe driving record
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen will be performed
• For safety considerations, and full access to our clients locations, Pre-Employment Background Check will be performed
This is a FULL TIME Position - a consistent 40 Hours per week (Monday – Friday)

We are looking for sprinkler technicians to help us service our established clients by performing maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs on fire sprinkler systems, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, and other fire protection related equipment.
We we are looking for experienced sprinkler technicians, or those with a fire protection background.
You must be customer service oriented, friendly, and have a professional appearance appropriate to the fire life safety industry.
Responsibilities:
You will join a professional team, providing service to our existing customers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. You will be expected to complete inspection reports, work orders, and invoices. You will meet with customers, building engineers, and property managers. You will drive a company provided service vehicle, will keep it stocked with the correct parts/tools required for the project at hand, check inventory, and will keep the service vehicle clean and organized. You will provide labor as a helper on larger jobs, but must also be able to work independently. This position is based out of our Fremont facility.

FREMONT OFFICE:
Arrow Fire Protection is looking for someone to provide Part-Time office assistance in our Fremont office. We are looking for the right person, and will review resumes presented for this PART-TIME afternoon position.
Arrow Fire Protection has provided service to our clients in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 37 years. We perform testing and maintenance on fire sprinklers, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, and related fire protection equipment. We are a well established and stable company.
In our office, excellent phone and communication skills are a must. As a first point of contact for clients, a professional appearance, demeanor, and pleasant speaking voice are a few of the attributes an ideal candidate for this position will possess.
We are looking for a team player. Someone that is well organized, and willing to take initiative. You must be accurate, pay attention to detail, maintain a strong work ethic, and have consistent follow-through. If you are able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines you’ll enjoy working in our smaller, comfortable office environment.
The office duties include, but are not limited to: Answering phones and client inquiries, data entry, invoice processing, scheduling, filing, accounts-receivables, A/R calls, creating reports, and providing quality customer service. You will also be expected to help complete and input inspection reports, work orders, and invoices.
Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, and MS Word are a plus.
