'First off, Mila was a delight to speak with on the phone. After calling half a dozen Fire Extinguisher folks, she was the first person to speak clearly and to have a grasp on what I was asking for (even when I don’t:)). Basically, for me, that was enough to stop the search and get approval from the powers-that-be at my office to move forward with your company.
